DownloaderBro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement submitted to our designated copyright agent.

If you believe that any content available through our service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including sufficient information to locate the material (URL, description, etc.)
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we take the following actions promptly:

• Remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24-48 hours
• Notify the user who posted or accessed the material about the removal
• Maintain a record of all DMCA notices for legal compliance
• Take appropriate action against repeat infringers, including permanent account suspension
• Forward complete takedown notices to the affected user for transparency

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

DownloaderBro maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We track all DMCA notices and counter-notices and take appropriate action against users who repeatedly post or share copyrighted material without authorization. A user who receives three valid DMCA notices will have their account permanently terminated and their access to our services revoked.

While DownloaderBro complies with US DMCA law, we also respect copyright laws from around the world. If you are from the European Union, you may also submit concerns under the EU Copyright Directive. We handle all copyright claims with equal seriousness regardless of jurisdiction.

DownloaderBro is designed to facilitate the download of publicly available video content for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. We encourage all users to consider whether their use of downloaded content qualifies as fair use under copyright law.

Factors that weigh in favor of fair use include:
